Tell us how the paperwork actually runs in your company

We are building Due & Done — one paperwork desk for small operators, with seven desks from cleaning bids to carrier packets to grant applications — and before we take on more pilots we are interviewing the people who actually do the work: owners and operators.

Who we want to hear from

Operators from any of the seven desks — cleaning and landscaping owners, owner-operators and small fleets, contractors, food-truck and event vendors, nonprofit administrators, and small landlords. What you have in common: the paperwork lands on you personally, and it costs you work when it goes wrong. Cleaning-company owners with roughly 15 to 75 employees and mostly recurring commercial accounts are still first in line for the bid-desk pilots.

What the interview is

  • About twenty minutes, in writing, by email. No call unless you ask for one.
  • Questions about your last ninety days of paperwork: how the requests and applications arrived, what deadlines and documents they carried, what went wrong, what software you already pay for, and what still gets done by hand.
  • We are especially interested in the last packet that went wrong — a missed deadline, a missing document, a follow-up nobody sent, a renewal that lapsed. Real afternoons teach more than opinions.
  • It is a conversation, not a sales call. If a pilot fits your firm, we will say so. If it does not, we will say that too.
